I-Sola

A women recalls her past with irony and dramatic intensity. Discovering the falseness and the compromises of her own life she realises that she does not know who she is and that the image of herself is not real.
On the stage a bed marks the passage from day to night representing time and life’s passing: birth, childhood, family, conscience, dreaming, purity, roots and the discovery of herself.
The show focuses on the mask theme and on the topic of insecurity that drives towards conformity and falseness. “I-Sola” is a work on the difficulty of being and on the sudden discovery of one’s own loneliness.
